* configure.in: Add support for the `--exec-prefix' option.
* Makefile.in: Accept that support.

* configure.in: Use the AC_PROG_INSTALL macro.
* Makefile.in (INSTALL): Variable removed.
(INSTALL_PROGRAM, INSTALL_DATA): Accept these values from configure.
